Sutton Stock Car Racing School is who the NASCAR community looks to for quality and competitive racing winners! Various training and coaching services are available to fulfill your needs and to help you reach your racing goals. Our training services include an introductory course to stock car racing, private coaching for more serious and experienced drivers, and custom coaching from a staff of professional NASCAR instructors.
In addition, Sutton Stock Car offers a course on race car chassis set up along with a wide variety of workshops & seminars.

Short Track Racing Introductory Group Course)  is an inexpensive, entry-level course for drivers wanting to get some seat time and discover the benefits of one-on-one coaching in stock car racing. This is our only group course and is only available on specific dates and locations. You will receive classroom training, walk the track to formulize your self with the crucial points of the track, and two driving sessions in a sportman car with your coach guiding you on the radio.
(You drive approx. 25 laps) After all driving sessions are complete attend the post driving question and answer briefing. Professional photos maybe available at some tracks.

STOCK CAR 101 (RACING INTRODUCTORY COURSE)
Offered since 1999, STOCK CAR 101 is an entry-level course offered by Sutton Stock Car for the driver to get seat time and discover the benefits on one-on-one coaching.. STOCK CAR 101 gives a thrilling experience behind the wheel to help see if racing is for you. This stock car racing class can also be beneficial by teaching you proper race car driving techniques and fundamentals.
Prior to going out on the track, you will be required to attend the safety program at the beginning of the course. Driving uniforms & helmets are furnished. Meals are not included.

STOCK CAR 102 (PRIVATE COACHING COURSE)
STOCK CAR 102 is a private coaching course designed to give you personal attention to help you reach your goals in racing. In this course fundamental techniques are taught as well as physical and mental skills of driving a stock car.
You will learn critical driving secrets, tips on driving the line, changing your line for a loose or pushing race car, using the apex, and be introduced to the physics involved in racing. You will be given the opportunity to use on-board data acquisition (computer system) to expedite your learning curve. At the end of the course you are evaluated and given suggestions on how to proceed with your racing program. Course manual provided.

STOCK CAR 103 (PRIVATE COACHING COURSE)
STOCK CAR 103 is a private coaching course designed to give you personal attention to help you reach your goals in racing. In this course you are taught the techniques, and physical and mental skills of driving a stock car. This is an intense, 3-day private coaching course which includes the use of data acquisition on the 3rd day for critiquing your driving techniques.
You will learn driving secrets, and tips on driving the line, changing your line for a loose or pushing race car, using the apex, and gain fundamental knowledge about the physics involved in racing. You will be using on-board data acquisition (computer system) on the third day to expedite your learning curve. After completing STOCK CAR 102, STOCK CAR 103, or being accepted by submitting your Driver Resume Form, one of our coaches is assigned to you for your specific needs. Our coaching staff is available to help you make your first race, or if you just need a coach at your ARCA or NASCAR Craftsman Truck/Busch series race. DRIVER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is designed to give you experience at a touring series with the help of our professional staff. Racers at locoal tracks can also  Register Now!

CHASSIS SET-UP course is designed to give the beginning or seasoned racer the knowledge needed to not only be safe, but fast as well, without the high cost of using the time-consuming trial and error method. When possible students are invited to bring their own race cars for an evoluation of their set-up and for safety, must racers leave with not only great knowlge, they take home faster and safer race cars too. Pit Crew Training is a hands on team course, learn what tools and equipment you need to set-up a proper pit area. Learn responsibilities of each crew member, car preporation before the race, and jobs durring the race. Each team member will have coaching and practice on their respecive position from crew chife to catch can. This course is taylored to you racing devision giving what you need to race faster and safer.

WORKSHOPS & SEMINARS are designed to make your racing program more complete, competitive and professional.
